Description

A schedule is of little value if it's not updated accurately and regularly. This webinar will provide a step-by-step process for preparing, submitting, reviewing, commenting on, and, ultimately, approving a project schedule update. The webinar will focus on ensuring that updates are submitted timely and regularly. It will also address what to do when the schedule update shows a delay.

Scott Lowe, is a Principal of Trauner Consulting Services, Inc. He is the co-author of the book Construction Delays, Third Edition, and is also past Chairman of CMAA's Time Management Committee, leading the development of CMAA's scheduling standards and procedures. Mr. Lowe was the lead developer and an award-winning instructor of the National Highway Institute's seminar "Managing Highway Contract Claims: Analysis and Avoidance. " Mr. Lowe is a qualified expert who has provided expert testimony at deposition, arbitration, and trial. He has also evaluated numerous construction claims for State DOTs across the nation.
