Description
Schedules are the tool we use to quantify delays to the project. This webinar will show you how to analyze and quantify delays on your project using the contract and industry best practices. It will also show you why some common analytical techniques are flawed and should be avoided. The goal of the webinar will be to provide participants with the skills they need to analyze delays accurately and successfully and, then, to execute change orders that address contract time extensions appropriately.
