Description
Though we try very hard to reduce the need to negotiate everything, negotiation is still an integral part of the construction contract administration process. As a result, successful negotiations are a characteristic of a successful project. The objective of this course is to help you be a more successful negotiator. The webinar will focus on approaches to achieving the right outcome for your negotiation. Topics will include how to prepare for a successful negotiation, tips and techniques for setting up and conducting a successful negotiation, and examples of the kinds of games people play during negotiations. We'll also touch on ways to enhance the likelihood of success for difficult negotiations by using a mediator or facilitator.
