Description

Who wouldn't work somewhere for the money? Well, believe it or not, many who work for a governmental agency would say just that. Whether it is the type of work they do, the type of organization they work for, or simply a matter of personal life choices, many choose their place of employment for reasons other than money. So, if they don't work [here] for the money, why do they? And what makes them stay? And why does that matter? This session will cover what factors cause people to choose where they work, especially as they want more out of life. Because if the reasons vary from person to person, to be an effective supervisor, you must also change your leadership approach to meet those needs.
