Description
A common complaint of many owners and their representatives is that contractors don’t prepare and submit timely schedules and schedule updates. There is no need for this to be a source of frustration. This course will focus on the specification language and project management tools needed to help fix this problem.

Scott Lowe, is a Principal of Trauner Consulting Services, Inc. He is the co-author of the book Construction Delays, Third Edition, and is also past Chairman of CMAA’s Time Management Committee, leading the development of CMAA’s scheduling standards and procedures. Mr. Lowe was the lead developer and an award-winning instructor of the National Highway Institute’s seminar “Managing Highway Contract Claims: Analysis and Avoidance.” Mr. Lowe is a qualified expert who has provided expert testimony at deposition, arbitration, and trial. He has also evaluated numerous construction claims for State DOTs across the nation.
